Human Resources Master's Intern (Summer 2024)

The Human Resources Master's Intern will partake in special projects supporting the HR team, apply Lean Principles to HR process, update current processes utilizing technology, and other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

  • Special projects supporting the Human Resources team
  • Application of Lean Principles to HR Processes
  • Updating current process utilizing technology advancements
  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing an MBA or a Master's degree in H.R. or a related field
  • Demonstrate interpersonal, communication, and team skills
  • Motivated self-starter, with a high capacity for rapid learning and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous HR or other business experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Solid organizational skills and attention to detail

Desired Software Skills Requirements

  • Proficient with MS Office Suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
