Department Overview:   

The Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team drives continuous improvement and long-term strategic planning for the organization, cultivating the best talent and building financial acumen. FP&A supports all functions across RBS, collaborating to build strategic goals and support business partners to achieve omnichannel growth. 

Primary Responsibilities:  

Provide financial analysis and support to the Director and Managers of the FP&A team.  

Compile, analyze and synthesize financial results. Ensure accuracy, provide standardized templates and support the overall team in delivering Reporting and Planning deliverables. 

Work closely with other FP&A members on current priorities and team projects 

Identify opportunities for increased efficiency across the department and recommend actionable solutions 

Qualifications: 

Working towards a degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.  

Experience working in a collaborative group setting   

Experience using analytical thinking and problem-solving skills   

Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly, appropriately and effectively   

Skills: 

Intermediate skill with Microsoft applications like PowerPoint, Excel, Word and OneDrive 

Exposure to SAP (preferred) 

Exposure to Power BI (preferred) 

Exposure to Power Query (preferred)
