Department Description:
The Talent Acquisitions Department is responsible for the attraction of new talent into our dynamic roles and diverse workforce.
What will you be working on:
An energetic and detail-oriented intern will aid in the recruitment marketing campaigns within Talent Acquisitions. Projects will include being the "Intern Reporter" for the summer, creating social media posts, inclusive job postings, and additional marketing materials for both employment and internship roles.
How will you make an impact:
The intern will gain experience in industry marketing strategies, working in a collaborative team environment, as well as exposure to Talent Acquisitions Departmental responsibilities.
What we look for in a candidate:
- Experience in CANVA or similar graphic design software
- Working knowledge of video editing software
- Understanding of social media marketing
- Familiar with LinkedIn and Handshake
To be eligible for the internship candidate must have completed at least the first year of college and be currently enrolled in a four year or graduate-level academic program. Candidates must have the authority to work in the US on a permanent basis, without requiring sponsorship.
