WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:  

Our Supply Chain organization is looking for dynamic interns to join our North America Distribution Centers Finance team to play a key role in identifying and capitalizing on opportunities to drive value for every Nike stakeholder.  

WHAT YOU’LL EXPERIENCE:  

As an undergraduate Finance Intern, you’ll lead an assigned Supply Chain Finance business project which requires research, analysis, benchmarking, and presentation to leadership with future focused next step recommendations. Beyond your project, you will: 

Engage in daily discussions and department initiatives within the Supply Chain function 

Prepare and distribute timely and insightful financial analysis of pertinent information to determine progress against strategic plans, budgets, forecasts, and to support external financial decisions in our distribution centers. 

Actively interpret and review financial results with business leaders, including trends and risks and opportunities, to drive actionable responses. 

Be provided mentorship, given small-group exposure to senior leadership, and provided learning and development experiences. 

Work in a cross-functional team of other interns to analyze and prepare recommendations for one of Nike’s current strategic priorities.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING:  

Qualifications: 

Enrolled in an Undergraduate program with an expected graduation date of December 2024 or Spring 2025 

Background in Finance, Accounting, Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Analytics, Project Management or related field preferred  

0-2 years work experience 

Resume submission (PDF) required  

Skills: 

Proficiency using Advanced Excel (macros, SQL, look ups, pivot tables, etc.), Tableau a plus 

Familiarity with accounting, economics, investments and financial analysis 

Excellent communication skills and experience with influencing 

Successfully navigate ambiguity, especially while working with a team 

Strong knowledge of budgeting, investment analysis, economic profit concepts  

Strong knowledge of accounting, financial modeling, scenario planning, and reporting 

Supply Chain or Operations experience 

Passionate about Nike brand, products and consumers
