Where You Come In:  

KCF Technologies is seeking participants in many areas of study to contribute to our high-performing teams as part of the Future Innovators Internship Program. This 10-week, full-time paid program June 3 – August 9 will take place at our KCF Headquarters in-person, or remotely, depending on where home is for you. With our work from home, work from anywhere policy, the choice of where to work is yours.

Our home base is our headquarters in State College, PA, but you will find KCF Teammates spread across 27 different U.S. States with our flexible remote model. We give you the autonomy to define how and where you do your best work!

Essential Functions:

  • Act as an administrator for KCF's Learning Management System, which facilitates synchronous instructor-led training and asynchronous learner-paced training materials teaching KCF's products and methods.
  • Interface with KCF subject matter experts to facilitate the creation and publication of new course materials for learners to engage with
  • Implement new methods for engaging with learners to maximize their success and identify potential revenue opportunities
  • Respond to support tickets from learners requiring assistance with the learning platform
  • Manage organization of training materials such as videos, SCORM files, documentation, and quizzes in a central file repository for efficient access and upkeep
  • Manage intake of new learners into the learning platform
  • Manage certification and retraining features within the learning platform
  • Manage course catalogs, skill sets, pages, and menus so that learners always have efficient access to the latest training materials
  • Use platform reporting to generate insights about learner engagement and inform the design and publication of future training materials

 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education or similar in progress
  • Interest in machine reliability and data analysis a plus
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Familiarity with online learning management systems required
  • Familiarity with Docebo is a plus
  • Familiarity with API integration and PowerBI is a plus
  • Familiarity with Articulate 360 training/authoring products is a plus
  • Demonstrates leadership in field of study, extra-curricular activities or service organizations
  • Willingness to ask questions, take initiative and be resourceful and inventive
  • Outstanding interpersonal and relationship management skills to effectively collaborate with varying levels of the organization, customers, and stakeholders as needed
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability present to executive level audiences
  • Proven ability to deliver creative solutions to complicated problem
