Chanel Operations Intern (Global Business Marketing, Remote)

Are you interested in international marketing and business? Are you looking for experience in a B2B environment? Do you enjoy working on the details of multiple projects with various deadlines? 

 

You will support our international business partners with marketing programs, business processes, and coordinating a range of collaborative activities. The channel operations team is responsible for supporting our global sales through partnerships and initiatives with 30 business partners supporting over 80 countries worldwide. 

 

During this internship you will:

 

  • Support global distribution by providing solutions to drive sales and increase leads.
  • Coordinate and develop web content to improve user experience, including better navigation and understanding of key information.
  • Execute marketing programs, analyze their success, and recommend improvements.
  • Conduct competitive research and analysis.
  • Learn how to use industry leading programs including HubSpot, Jira, and Salesforce. 

 

Here is what success looks like:

 

  • Interest in learning how a global channel operates to build marketing programs that can be deployed across international markets and industries.
  • Exceptional project management, writing, and communication skills.
  • Experience with marketing-related assignments or marketing campaigns.
  • Prior experience working with individuals and/or organizations from different cultures. 

 

As this role involves working with distributors across many time zones, students working CST or EST hours get the most out of this internship opportunity.

 

2024 Internship session:

 

Spring: January 16 – May 10

Summer: June 10- Aug. 16

Fall: September 16 – December 6

 

The ultimate goal of our internship program is to provide students with a learning and training experience that will allow them the opportunity to apply the skills learned in the classroom in a professional work environment.  Although, we would like to offer interns the opportunity to join our workforce on a full-time basis, an offer for a full-time position after an internship is not guaranteed.

 

Eligibility requirements for internships:

 

  • Spring & Fall internships require 16-20 hours of work per week. Summer is 40 hours per week.
  • You must be at least 18 years of age, enrolled in an undergraduate program in your Sophomore, Junior or Senior year. 
  • This is a paid internship and compensation will be based on applicant's qualifications. We currently do not provide housing, relocation, or transportation reimbursement. Hybrid and in-office opportunities are available.
  • Interns are not eligible for company benefits.
