Digital Innovation Summer Intern

Chemours is seeking a(n) Digital Innovation Intern to join our Thermal & Specialized Solutions (TSS) team! This position will report directly to the Digital Innovation Manager.  

This role will be responsible for supporting commercial projects and capabilities as TSS advances its implementation of digital capabilities further into the business.  Specifically, this role will be supporting initiatives to develop and enhance business analytics capabilities, in addition to providing project management support for efforts on the business' Commercial Digital Roadmap. 

Location: Wilmington, DE 

Hours: Regular full-time schedule of 40 hours per week OR 

Term: 3-month assignment between May – August 2023 

The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following: 

 Perform analysis on Commercial data to provide answers to Leadership inquiries and determine next best steps 

Support use and integration of CRM and eCommerce tools 

Develop tools for Commercial teams to support additional value generation 

Drive project objectives to ensure timely execution and delivery of project goals 

Identify opportunities for digital solutions to be implemented to enhance stakeholder value (eg improve productivity, revenue generation, speed-to-solution, etc) 

Engage with diverse range of Business Stakeholders, including Sales, Marketing, IT, and Customer Service  

 The following is required for this role:  

Enrollment at an accredited college or university as a Sophomore or above at time of assignment 

Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Engineering, Management Information Systems, Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, Data Analytics  

The following is preferred for this role: 

3.0 GPA or above 

 Experience with PowerBI, or other data visualization platforms
