Middle School Science Teacher

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging and interactive lesson plans for science subjects
- Provide academic advising and guidance to students
- Utilize instructional design principles to create effective learning experiences
- Conduct tutoring sessions to support students' understanding of scientific concepts
- Conduct scientific research and experiments to enhance classroom instruction
- Collaborate with special education teachers to accommodate the needs of students with disabilities
- Mentor and support students in their scientific pursuits
- Utilize library services to enhance classroom resources and materials
- Implement behavior management strategies to maintain a positive and productive learning environment
- Collaborate with other teachers and education administrators to align curriculum and instructional goals

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Valid teaching certification in Science or a related subject area
- Strong knowledge of scientific principles and concepts
- Experience in instructional design and curriculum development
- Ability to effectively communicate complex scientific concepts to students of varying abilities
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage classroom behavior effectively
- Experience working with diverse student populations, including students with special needs

Salary: $45,000.00 - $65,733.00 per year
