High School Math Teacher

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement instructional design strategies to meet the diverse needs of students - Create engaging lesson plans and deliver effective instruction in various subject areas - Manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment - Collaborate with colleagues and education administrators to align curriculum and instructional goals - Provide academic advising and support to students, including mentoring and guidance on career pathways - Utilize research-based teaching methods and techniques to enhance student learning outcomes - Incorporate technology and digital resources into instruction to promote 21st-century skills - Collaborate with special education teams to support students with individualized education plans (IEPs) - Facilitate scientific research projects or oversee research laboratory activities for students - Provide guidance on library services and resources to support student research and learning

Skills: - Strong instructional design skills, with the ability to create engaging and effective lesson plans - Excellent behavior management skills to create a positive classroom environment - Knowledge of special education principles and strategies for supporting diverse learners - Proficient in conducting scientific research or overseeing research laboratory activities - Ability to provide academic advising and mentorship to students - Familiarity with education administration processes and procedures - Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with colleagues, students, and parents
