Converse Marketing Analytics Graduate Intern

Converse Analytics encompasses multiple teams across the enterprise. As a Converse Marketing Analytics intern, you will be responsible for assessing and analyzing data, and delivering valuable insights to key stakeholders across the business. We want to make every decision better because of data. WHAT YOU’LL EXPERIENCE: 

As a Marketing Analytics intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Enterprise Analytics function by analyzing, visualizing, and interpreting data. Some of the things you can expect to work on are: 

 

Conduct research and analysis our full Direct to Consumer business, identifying trends, customer preferences, and competition. Assist in generating reports and presenting findings to support strategic decision-making. 

Collect and analyze sales data, traffic patterns, and other key performance indicators with reporting that informs critical stakeholders 

Work closely with the retail team to brainstorm and implement initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction 

Collaborate with various departments to support Direct to Consumer initiatives while working with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and apply data-driven solutions to real-world challenges. 

Identify opportunities to streamline store processes, reduce costs, and improve operational efficiency while maintaining high-quality standards

WHAT YOU WILL BRING: 

Qualifications: 

Pursuing an advanced degree in a quantitative field (e.g. Master of Business Administration, Master’s or PhD studies in Economics, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics) with an expected graduation of Winter 2024 or Spring 2025 

2+ years of professional experience in analytics, reporting, and/or visualization development 

Strong technical and analytical skills required; familiarity with Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with Microsoft BI, Tableau, SAS, Stata, R, Python, SQL, or Alteryx preferred 

Ability to project plan, lead, implement and deliver compelling and meaningful user research in a face-paced environment, balancing rigor, and speed 

Prior experience synthesizing and packaging complex analyses and delivering results to non-technical audiences including senior leadership teams 

 

Skills: 

Proven ability to use strategic tools and frameworks to analyze complex strategic problems, develop clear recommendations and present findings 

Proven ability to sift through data, identify critical information, develop hypotheses, perform rigorous analyses, and make recommendations to broader audiences 

Demonstrated ability to use data to influence decision making. Strong project management experience managing multiple project streams and complexity 

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including superior presentation skills 

Strong interpersonal skills and open to learning new tools/techniques
