Position Summary    

3DiF is seeking to hire a resilient candidate residing within Historically Underutilized Business Zones (HUBZone). The right candidate must be willing to learn, upskill in the marketplace, grow and prepare for their professional career trajectory. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Assist CEO by monitoring day-to-day operations, reporting on performance, and maintaining office records.
  • Produce information by accurately transcribing, formatting, retrieving, and editing company text.
  • Maximize efficiency of business procedures by coordinating and communicating with employees.

Work location: Remote. Must reside in a HUBZone address. 

Hours:  10 hours per week or 40 hours per month. Flexible depending on the position requirement. 

System/Application:  

Desktop and Mobile: Office 365, (MS Word, PPT, Excel, MS Teams, SharePoint)
