Office Administrator - Part Time

Seeking an Office Administrator for Riverside's new Outpatient Center located at the Lesley University Campus in Cambridge! 
 

The Office Administrator is critical to the efficient functioning of the program as well as a primary point of contact with our individuals, facilitating communication and responding to person served needs.


The Office Administrator is responsible for managing the flow of information, communication, and data between the staff, individuals of the program, Riverside’s administrative office and other programs, and other providers. The Office Administrator will also maintain and organize necessary databases and files and perform general receptionist and clerical duties to enhance the efficient operation of the program. The Office Administrator will be responsible for ensuring gathering all referral information, completing full registration and screening for all new individuals.

Schedule: Part Time; Tuesday through Thursday 2p- 6p, Friday 2p-5p, and Saturday 9a-1p. 
 

Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour.

Required Skills

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Intermediate computer fluency (including Microsoft Office) required.
  • Advanced computer fluency (including Microsoft Office) and passion for technology preferred.


 

Required Experience

  • High School Diploma with business skill major or one year of documented work experience required.
  • At least two years' experience in a health setting or related field required.
