Position Summary:

As an e-commerce intern, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in the dynamic field of online retail operations. This position is designed to provide practical knowledge and exposure to various aspects of e-commerce, including product management, marketing, customer engagement, and data analysis. Working closely with our e-commerce team, you will contribute to the growth and success of our online retail business.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing and updating product listings on our e-commerce platforms.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive analysis, and customer preferences.
  • Support in creating engaging and persuasive product descriptions, titles, and images.
  • Develop promotional materials and execute promotional campaigns to drive online sales.
  • Monitor and analyze website analytics, sales data, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Assist in optimizing the user experience by conducting website usability testing and suggesting enhancements.
  • Help maintain inventory levels, track shipments, and ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Provide general administrative support to the e-commerce team, including data entry and documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite 
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and strong problem-solving skills.
