Medical Sales Support Intern

We are looking for a Sales Support Intern to join our team for the 2023-2024 school year. You will provide support to Pharmaceutical and Medical Inside Sales Representatives, as well as the Data Operations team. Responsibilities

  • Create spreadsheets to track important customer information
  • Update customer information in a database.
  • Organize existing data in a spreadsheet.
  • Provide administrative support to the Data Operations team.
  • Placing and tracking customer orders
  • CRM Data Entry (Salesforce)
  • Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses, and relevant problems
  • Tracking existing processes through our case management system and data entry.
  • Liaise with Inside Sales Consultants in support of account creation requests
  • Review pending orders and specific customers’ requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience
  • Suggest sales process improvements
  • Assist with special projects.

Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication, listening, and presentation skills.
  • Must have a strong phone presence with a positive, outgoing personality
  • Highly organized with great attention to detail and the ability to pivot and multitask.
  • Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word
  • Type in data quickly and efficiently.
  • Handle calls, track communications and raise issues based on established procedures
  • Have superior interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
  • You possess a professional demeanor with a strong work ethic and conscientiousness.
  • High School degree required

Location: Warren, RI

Schedule: The approved schedule for this position is 10-15 hours weekly.
