Cleveland Clinic Foundation MOST Fellowship [Pre-Med and Pre-PA]

Introducing the MOST Fellowship - a highly personalized program designed to equip participating students with comprehensive clinical skills, professional development opportunities, and unparalleled mentorship at a world-renowned hospital system. 

This innovative fellowship is the result of a collaboration between Cleveland Clinic and Stanford University, building on the successful launch of Cleveland Clinic's medical scribe fellowship in 2019. We're proud to partner with Dr. Steven Lin and Dr. Valerie Teng of Stanford's medical scribe fellowship to provide students with a competitive edge in their pursuit of a career in healthcare. 

As a MOST Fellow, you'll be expected to complete a minimum of six clinic shifts per week, each lasting four hours, between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. on weekdays. Please note that shift times may vary. This program is meant to give you the competitive edge you need to stand out during the application process for health professional schools. Eligibility

Post-baccalaureate student or taking gap year(s) before applying to a health professional school (medical, physician assistant, dental, etc).

Program fees and tuition

Application fee of $95. Applicants who have limited financial resources and qualify for federal financial aid may be eligible for an application fee waiver. Please reach out to MOSTFellowship@CCF.org for more information.

Program tuition is $6500 for the academic year. This program does support students with scholarships on a case-by-case basis, please communicate your need to the program director upon application. Payment plans are available upon request.

Application timeline

Application opens November 1, 2023. Deadline for the 2024-2025 program is April 30, 2024. Accepted fellows will need to be on site for in-person orientation and clinical training, there are three sets of training dates (these are subject to change):

  • June 1, 2024
  • June 15, 2024
  • July 1, 2024

Commit to a one-year fellowship ending on July 15, 2025 (subject to change).
