Aflac is interested in motivated individuals to become a licensed Benefit Advisor. As a consultant, you are offering benefit enrollment platform solutions to businesses to better protect their employees. You will be partnering with team members to outsource business and build a strong rapport among new clients, while growing skills to advance upward into a District Manager position. We are seeking candidates with strong interpersonal skills that can thrive independently as well as in a team setting. You will be provided with classroom and virtual education along with field training. Prior sales experience is welcome!

Compensation Package: 35k to 70k in your first year as an agent. (pay structure increases annually)

Hours: Minimum 40 hours a week, Monday - Friday (Hybrid Position)
