Tanbii (www.Tanbii.com) is an App that bridges the real world (Web2) and the virtual world (Web3) for a greener planet by incentivizing and rewarding Tanbii Users ("Biis") for living sustainably (“green”) in the real world with Tanbii Tokens that can be redeemed for Tanbii’s corporate partners’ product discounts/gift certificates OR to support our nonprofit partners' environmental causes. Via a gamified and engaging UI/UX, we aim to motivate and incentivize users to live more green.

We are looking for Undergraduate and Graduate Student Interns who can partner with our Marketing Team to launch our Tanbii Mobile App in 2024!

About You:

  • Do you want to support the creation of world-class, cutting-edge technology?
  • Do you have experience moderating Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, Youtube, and/or Discord-based consumer communities?
  • Do you have experience building a user base from 0 to 1?
  • Do you have experience with green/social/gaming technical work?

Eco-Gaming is a concept created by Tanbii that bridges the gap between real and virtual worlds. The carbon emission you reduce in the real world helps you get rewarded in the virtual world.

  • Social Media and Marketing Savvy!
  • Strong work ethic, hustle, communication, writing ability, and business development sensibility
  • Love our environment and want to reduce your own carbon emissions immediately
  • Deep curiosity, relentless resourcefulness, and a growth mindset
  • Ability to effectively prioritize tasks in a rapidly shifting landscape
  • Expertise in marketing, online strategies, user experience, and business development
  • Strong analytical skills, including A/B testing, web metrics, and sales metrics

BONUS POINTS*:

  • Experience with Discord, Telegram, Reddit, or other channels popular in the crypto/blockchain space
  • Skilled at writing scripts and/or automation in the context of social media moderation
  • Experience in Gaming and Live Services

Responsibilities:

  • Grow our social media communities
  • Grow our Discord and Twitter communities
  • Help Chief Marketing Officer and Team launch marketing efforts on your campus!
  • Organize and host events on our Discord server to maintain and promote a vibrant community culture (we want people to like us!)
  • Synthesize insights from community interactions and surface critical issues to the engineering, sales, and marketing team (we want people to keep using our software!)
  • Keep internal and external informational resources up to date in an environment of rapid iteration (we want to stay in touch with people!)
  • Contribute ideas and effort to our brand, content, and community strategies (like, say, writing better job descriptions :-) )
  • Manage and scale a team of part-time moderators based globally (it’s a big world out there, but we’re trying to make it smaller!)

Some of the Fun Projects you will work on:

  • Campus Manager: Promote eco-awareness and Tanbii at your campus. Help Tanbii build initial user base among college students through various marketing initiatives, such as social media management, partnership outreach, offline event hosting and more.
  • Content Creation: Create written and visual content for newsletters, social media, and blog posts for School Tanbii Affiliate Accounts.
  • Growth Experiments: Ideate, develop, and execute innovative growth experiments to increase the acquisition and retention of Set asset managers and investors.
  • Deliver Multi-Channel Campaigns: Identify, define, and execute the best social media and content strategy to amplify marketing and communication campaigns based on Tanbii’s ideal customer profile.
  • Community Building: Keep things interesting for the Tanbii community including Discord, Reddit and more. Leverage tools to keep users engaged and updated on Tanbii.
