Spring 2024 Off-Cycle Smart Factory Intern

Henkel’s spring internships typically start in January and last 6 months. The schedule could be part- or full-time; after you submit your application, you will have the chance to discuss these details with your Henkel recruiter during the screening phase. Following your internship, you may be invited to join Henkel as a full-time employee in the future.

YOUR ROLE:

As a Smart Factory Intern, you will:

• Collaborate with a cross-functional manufacturing team to support the deployment of a digital operations software solution.
• Develop your data management skill set by getting hands-on experience utilizing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
• Process and analyze manufacturing data to drive continuous improvement of operations.
• Assist in maintaining process documentation including requirements, processes, traceability matrix, and business critical metrics.

YOUR SKILLS: 

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program at a Junior+ level in Computer Science or Engineering (Industrial, Manufacturing, or Chemical), or related discipline OR have completed your studies no more than 18 months prior to the start of the internship, with a GPA of 3.2
• Part time to full time availability. 
• Communication skills: collaborative team player with an entrepreneurial spirit and can-do attitude. 
• Project management skills: strong work ethic and ability to meet project deadlines.
• Time management skills: detail oriented and able to effectively multitask responsibilities.
• Previous internship / co-op experience is a plus, but not required.
