REMOTE Sports Sponsorship Intern

Sports Media, Inc. is a dynamic sports media company dedicated to pushing the boundaries of sports entertainment. We are excited to offer an internship opportunity within our Sponsorship and Licensing department. This internship provides a unique learning experience in sports sponsorships, partnerships, and licensing strategies.

Learning Application: The Sports Sponsorships and Licensing Internship at Sports Media, Inc. is designed to provide hands-on experience in developing, managing, and optimizing sports sponsorships and licensing agreements. Interns will work closely with professionals in the sponsorship and licensing field, gaining practical insights into the business side of sports media.


Sponsorship Activation:

  • Support the development and execution of sponsorship activation plans for sports events and media campaigns.
  • Assist in coordinating sponsor-related activities and ensuring contractual obligations are met.

Licensing Agreements:

  • Contribute to the negotiation and execution of licensing agreements with partners and vendors.
  • Assist in maintaining relationships with licensed merchandise manufacturers and distributors.

Proposal Development:

  • Assist in creating sponsorship and licensing proposals for potential partners.
  • Research and analyze market trends to inform proposal strategies.

Data Analysis:

  • Analyze sponsorship and licensing performance data.
  • Assist in creating reports to evaluate the effectiveness of partnerships.

Communication and Relationship Management:

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand representation across partnerships.
  • Support in managing relationships with sponsors, partners, and licensees.


  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Sports Management, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Interest in sports media, sponsorship, partnerships, or licensing.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to work with data and performance metrics.
  • Enthusiastic and proactive attitude with a passion for sports.


  • Exposure to the dynamic field of sports sponsorships and licensing.
  • Hands-on experience in developing and managing partnerships with major brands.
  • Mentorship and guidance from experienced professionals in the sponsorship and licensing industry.
  • Networking opportunities within the sports media and business industries.
  • Potential for a recommendation letter based on performance.
