REMOTE Travel and Hospitality Planner

We are thrilled to offer an internship opportunity within our Travel and Hospitality department, combining the excitement of sports media with the intricacies of event planning and guest services.

Learning, Applications and Responsibilities;

The Travel and Hospitality Planner Internship at [Company Name] provides a unique blend of sports media exposure and hands-on experience in coordinating travel logistics and hospitality services for sporting events. Interns will have the opportunity to work closely with professionals in both the media and hospitality fields, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the intersection of sports, media, and event planning.


Travel Logistics:

  • Assist in planning and coordinating travel arrangements for the sports media team, including transportation, accommodation, and scheduling.
  • Work with travel vendors to ensure smooth logistics for on-site event coverage.

Hospitality Services:

  • Contribute to the planning and execution of hospitality programs for clients, sponsors, and VIP guests during sporting events.
  • Collaborate with the hospitality team to create memorable and personalized experiences.

Event Coordination:

  • Support the coordination of on-site events, including media briefings, press conferences, and client meetings.
  • Assist in managing event timelines and ensuring all logistical elements are in place.

Client Relations:

  • Interact with clients and guests to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Assist in addressing client inquiries and ensuring a positive overall experience.


  • Currently pursuing a degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, Sports Management, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Interest in sports media, broadcasting, or related fields.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Enthusiastic and proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.


  • Exposure to the dynamic fields of sports media and event planning.
  • Hands-on experience in coordinating travel logistics and hospitality services.
  • Mentorship and guidance from experienced professionals in the fields of media and hospitality.
