The Travel and Hospitality Planner Internship at [Company Name] provides a unique blend of sports media exposure and hands-on experience in coordinating travel logistics and hospitality services for sporting events. Responsibilities:

Travel Logistics:

• Assist in planning and coordinating travel arrangements for the sports media team, including transportation, accommodation, and scheduling.
• Work with travel vendors to ensure smooth logistics for on-site event coverage.

Hospitality Services:

• Contribute to the planning and execution of hospitality programs for clients, sponsors, and VIP guests during sporting events.
• Collaborate with the hospitality team to create memorable and personalized experiences.

Event Coordination:

• Support the coordination of on-site events, including media briefings, press conferences, and client meetings.
• Assist in managing event timelines and ensuring all logistical elements are in place.

Client Relations:

• Interact with clients and guests to provide exceptional customer service.
• Assist in addressing client inquiries and ensuring a positive overall experience.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, Sports Management, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in sports media, broadcasting, or related fields.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
• Enthusiastic and proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
