Responsibilities:
Travel Logistics:
- Assist in planning and coordinating travel arrangements for the sports media team, including transportation, accommodation, and scheduling.
- Work with travel vendors to ensure smooth logistics for on-site event coverage.
Hospitality Services:
- Contribute to the planning and execution of hospitality programs for clients, sponsors, and VIP guests during sporting events.
- Collaborate with the hospitality team to create memorable and personalized experiences.
Event Coordination:
- Support the coordination of on-site events, including media briefings, press conferences, and client meetings.
- Assist in managing event timelines and ensuring all logistical elements are in place.
Client Relations:
- Interact with clients and guests to provide exceptional customer service.

Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, Sports Management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
