2024 HR Summer Internship (Richmond, VA)

Evonik is hiring a summer intern within our Employer Branding, Human Resources department! Employer Branding employees are involved in university relations, campus recruiting activities, and implementation of local campaigns and media. A strong employer brand helps to communicate what makes Evonik an outstanding company and the values that are important to us. 

For this internship, we are looking for candidates who are actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Human Resources or any related field and are local to the Richmond area. It is preferred for candidates to have a background with utilizing social media and/or creating social media content. We are also looking for a candidate who is a self-starter and has a creative mindset. 

Some examples of projects that our HR Intern worked on last summer was:

• Effectively communicated and coordinated Employer Brand Launch event at NA Headquarters
• Assisted with planning the 2023 Fall Recruitment Strategy and supported the Early Career Program managers with streaming program’s webpages
• Coordinated with Germany and supported the creation of new People Stories
