REMOTE Procurement Analyst Intern
Sports Media, Inc. is a dynamic sports media company at the forefront of innovation and excellence. We are excited to offer an internship opportunity within our Procurement and Government Contracts department. This internship provides a unique learning experience in procurement analysis, working with various U.S. government departments and contracting officers. Applicants must be available to attend meetings on Mondays at 9:00 AM, Wednesdays at 10:00 AM, and Fridays at 8:00 AM Mountain Standard Time. If in the Skill Bridge program applicant must be available to attend meetings on Thursdays at 9:00 AM Mountain Standard Time.

Responsibilities:
Government Contracting:
- Collaborate with government contracting officers to understand project requirements and procurement processes.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of proposals for government contracts.
Market Research:
- Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers, assess market trends, and evaluate pricing structures.
- Analyze industry data to inform procurement strategies.
Contract Compliance:
- Assist in ensuring compliance with government regulations and contractual obligations.
- Support the monitoring of contract performance and deliverables.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of procurement activities.
- Prepare reports on procurement metrics, trends, and cost analyses.
Learning and Development:
- Engage in continuous learning to stay updated on government procurement regulations and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with the team to understand the unique challenges and opportunities in government contracting for sports media.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Procurement, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Familiarity with government procurement processes and regulations.
