TSMC Arizona is looking for an operation resources planning / industrial engineering intern to join our 4-nanometer fab, located in sunny Phoenix, Arizona. TSMC Arizona’s Operation Resources Planning Department is responsible for the planning of Capacity, CapEx, Cost and Layout.
Job Description:
Your main responsibilities include:
- Capacity planning and management
- Productivity improvement
- Capital investment evaluation and spending control
- Fab space layout planning
Minimum Qualifications:
Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States and have:
- Must be currently enrolled at an accredited university, in the following degree programs: Bachelor or master’s in industrial engineering.
- Must be able to work full-time (40 hours per week) on-site at our Phoenix location, from May 20th, 2024 – August 2nd, 2024.
- Good, open communication skills, teamwork spirit and learning attitude.
- Fluency in Mandarin speaking, listening, and writing is a plus.
