About Merch Pier

Founded in 2023, Merch Pier is a DTC custom merch brand - Think Warby Parker, but for merch! We procure the highest quality white-label blank styles directly from the manufacturers, while at the same time, customizing and selling them at affordable prices. We save unnecessary transportations in between so that Earth can be a greener place!

Job Description: We are seeking talented and motivated individuals to join our team as Campus Representatives at Merch Pier. As a Campus Representative, you will be the face of our brand on your college campus, promoting our customized goods and generating sales. This is an exciting opportunity to gain valuable sales and marketing experience while representing a growing e-commerce company. You get to learn in a fast-paced environment and build solid, relevant skills on your resume. 

Responsibilities:

• Brand Ambassadorship: Act as a brand ambassador for MerchPier.com on your college campus, promoting our customized goods and building brand awareness.
• Sales Generation: Utilize your networks and social circles to generate sales leads and convert them into customers. We provide a ton of training and resources to teach you how to excel in sales. 
• Product Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations and provide information about our customizable merchandise to potential customers, highlighting the unique features and benefits.
• Local pop-up events: Host local pop up events to grow sales and promote the brand through a combination of online and offline marketing tactics. 

Requirements:

• Current college student enrolled in an accredited university or college.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for sales and marketing.
• Prefer involvement in Greek Life. Active involvement in campus activities and organizations.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• A positive and enthusiastic attitude towards representing the brand.

Compensation & benefits:

• Monthly Stipend: $100 / month
• Additional commission and pay based on specific tasks and sales 
• Total payout is $300-$600 monthly
• Free Merchandise: Access to our customized goods and merchandise for personal use.
