Benefits Intern


This 10-week, paid internship will give you hands-on experience at one of the nations’ fastest growing strategic advisory firms. In this program, you will have a wide variety of responsibilities within multiple departments of OneDigital, focusing on a path to employment upon graduation This position will be a remote experience out of our Atlanta, GA office. 

What to Expect: 

You will have the opportunity to work on real-world assignments

You will grow professionally and personally with an assigned mentor 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (include but are not limited to): 

Support gathering data for monthly reports 

Assist with process documentation and process improvements 

Benefit enrollments, audits, and reconciliations 

Assist with refreshing benefit orientations/introduction to benefits/intranet site 

Qualifications, Skills, and Requirements: 

Strong organizational and time management skills 

Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail 

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, while meeting or exceeding deadlines 

Effective written and oral communication skills across a variety of audiences 

Must be self-motivated and disciplined 

Strong research and problem-solving skills 

Positive, upbeat attitude 

Ability to travel, if needed 

Education, Training and Experience: 

A rising Senior with an expected graduation date of either December ’24 or May '25 In pursuit of a bachelor’s degree 

Proficient with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook 

Comfortable working with others in virtual environments 







Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company’s performance.
