Engineering Intern


McWilliams Forge Company, in Rockaway, NJ, is a well-established leader in the manufacture of precision forged products for the aerospace industry. We are seeking a Engineering Intern with our process department. We are looking for a candidate who has obtained or is currently pursuing a degree in engineering or related fields. A hard, driven worker who is eager to learn with the ability to follow instruction. This is an internship role with direct supervision.

Requirements

  • Assist our process department in defining, documenting, and controlling the production process necessary to manufacture our forgings.
  • Review all applicable customer specifications, drawings, and purchase order requirements.
  • Develop process improvements in all areas of the manufacturing process.
  • Help with 6S initiatives.
  • Help the process engineering department with process related needs.
