Summer Internship - Corporate Tax Department

About the Role:

Dow Jones is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual for a Corporate Tax internship. You will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of corporate tax while working alongside a team of experienced tax professionals.

The role is hybrid, based in our Princeton, NJ office.

 

You Will:

  • Use on-line research platforms to perform Federal, State and Sales tax research on various topics assigned as well as compilation and analysis of the results
  • Interface with departments outside of Tax to gather supporting information required to complete tax compliance
  • Create and/or update Excel spreadsheets in support of the tax compliance
  • Work on other projects as assigned as the internship progresses

 

You Have:

  • Completed at least one year toward your Bachelor's degree program in Accounting or a related field
  • Previous Tax experience is a plus, but not required
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
