Summer Internship - Data Science, OPIS

About the Role:

You will be working with a team that analyzes pricing data to discover new patterns that can address complex forecasting problems related to the Energy industry.

This role is hybrid, based in our Gaithersburg, MD office.

 

You Will:

  • Gain hands-on experience in real-world product development
  • Participate in the Agile project life cycle to understand how OPIS teams collaborate
  • Apply data analytical skills to cleanse, refine, and pre-process data from multiple data sources and databases
  • Work closely with a mentor to enhance both technical and soft skills in a professional setting
  • Engage in a hybrid work environment, combining in-office and remote experiences

 

You Have:

  • Completed at least two years toward your Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or closely related fields
  • Experience in .Net coding
  • Knowledge of SQL
  • Proficiency in Python
