Are you a proven recruitment professional with a passion in recruiting top-tier healthcare talent? If so, this fast-paced position in the Workforce Development Unit at California Correctional Health Care Services (CCHCS) could be a perfect fit! We are seeking a driven, knowledgeable, and proactive talent acquisition individual to join our growing team.
In this role, you will:
- Assist in ensuring the quality and accuracy of various multimedia advertising campaigns, recruitment initiatives, conferences, and career fairs.
- Create job postings for the internal recruitment website and external career sites.
- Make recommendations to management regarding the establishment of recruiting requirements by studying organizational plans, objectives, and vacancy data.
- Help maintain CCHCS’ “Careers” website recruiting page. Identify system enhancements related to CCHCS IT contractors and document technical problems with the recruitment website.
- Support special recruitment and retention projects, as assigned, by monitoring, tracking, and facilitating the processing of candidates through various efforts.
- Network through industry contacts, professional associations, educational groups, trade groups, and CCHCS employees, etc.
To thrive in this role, you must have:
Four years of experience performing analytical, technical, clerical, and/or customer service duties. Academic education from an accredited college/university may be substituted for the required experience on a year-for-year basis.
