Enterprise Risk Analyst Intern

CHS has an exciting opportunity within our Enterprise Risk Management team. We are looking for an Intern to be part of our high performing Enterprise Risk Management Team. We offer PAID training to learn our systems and best practices for risk management. This position will gain hands on experience with identifying, analyzing, responding, and monitoring risks to provide insights across the organization. This internship role will partner closely with our enterprise risk management team, internal project partners, and other stakeholders to ensure we leverage risk-informed decision making to successfully achieve the strategic goals for CHS. Responsibilities

Our Enterprise Risk Intern will:

  • Collaborate with efficiency in a high energy, fast paced team environment
  • Conduct risk assessments and identify potential risks to the organization, i.e., strategic, operational, compliance, financial
  • Evaluate and develop risk mitigation strategies
  • Stay up to date on the latest market trends and potential impacts to the company
  • Communicate and coordinate with other departments and stakeholders on risk management matters
  • Prepare and present insights to management and stakeholders
  • Provide support to other enterprise risk management projects and initiatives

Minimum Qualifications (required)

  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program in Business Administration, Risk Management, Economics, Finance, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with data analysis
  • Experience with project management
