Summer Intern, Global Talent Management – NYC

Job Function

Interested in Human Resources? Come intern with The Riverside Company's Global Talent Management Team (GTM)!

Participants in our Summer Internship program will be individually mentored from members of the GTM team and have direct, hands-on exposure to various functions within HR, such as:

  • Recruitment
  • Learning & Development
  • Data & Operations
  • Benefits & Training

     

In addition to working directly with mentors, interns encouraged to sit in on all of our weekly investment committee meetings and lunches wherein students will hear from teams across the firm to get a well-rounded picture of Riverside’s various functions and collaborative environment.

Requirements/Skills

  • Undergraduate students graduating in 2025
  • Demonstrated interest in HR
  • Strong Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint skills
  • Superior analytical, written & verbal communication skills
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent work ethic, time management and multi-tasking ability
  • Demonstrated leadership in extracurricular activities
  • Professional demeanor
  • Punctual and diligent
  • Energetic teammate
  • Positive “Can Do” attitude with a passion for learning and a fun spirit!
  • Strong consideration will be made for candidates that have prior experience in Human Resources or participated in coursework relevant to HR.

 

Dates: Start and end dates are negotiable between June 2024 and August 2024. We expect a 10-12 week commitment from students

Pay Rate: $20hr depending on experience

Location: New York City (Hybrid)
