Intern Field Marketing

The Team:

The field marketing team works directly with the sales team to create marketing programs that drive new leads and revenue for the business. Their mission is to dominate the North America market by delivering an inspired and orchestrated marketing experience to our customers. By joining this thriving marketing team you will get hands-on experience on modern marketing tactics and how to make an impact in the business.

The Role:

As an intern on the marketing team, your role will be to support the planning, creation, and execution of marketing activities by owning a strategic function – Events & Gifting, Digital & Reporting, Internal Communication or Content. We will work to place you in a function that aligns with your area of expertise and career goals.

The work you’ll do:

Depending on your area of focus you could: 

  • Research and select key industry events and roundtable events for participation (Events & Gifting)
  • Support the development and execution of seasonal direct mail campaigns (Events & Gifting)
  • Gather and analyze campaign performance data to help a us make informed business decisions (Digital & Reporting)
  • Support the execution of Celonis-hosted webinars to reach potential customers and existing customers (Digital & Reporting)
  • Support in the creation of Women in Process Mining community programs (Internal Communication)
  • Support the development and execution of internal communication plans to our sales and business development teams (Internal Communication)
  • Support the creation of digital ads, landing page and email copy (Content)

The qualifications you need:

  • Current Bachelor’s/Master’s student in marketing, corporate communications, public relations, business, or other related degree
  • Prior internship experience is a plus
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week
  • Ability to think strategically, prioritize tasks, execute with attention to detail, and consistently meet deadlines
  • Approach projects with a sense of urgency
  • Demonstrate proactive follow-up and strong follow-through
  • Energetic, high performer with a willingness to take initiative and be resourceful
  • Availability of at least 4 months and flexible start date
