Credit and Administrative Internship

We have an excellent opportunity for a Credit and Administrative Intern for our Deerfield Beach location. This internship will report directly to the Credit Director and the Administration Manager.
Responsibilities
- Utilize MS Office Applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SAP and other technology tools.
- Reconcile disputes in Teams related to credit and admin functions.
- File and sort documents in job files for Notice to Owners.
- Reconcile cash sale orders to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Update tax-exempt certificates as needed, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Assist in other administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Acquire specific knowledge of the practices of the business line.
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction.
- Ability to communicate effectively across various functions and disciplines, including at the executive level.
