Marketing & Communications Internship or Co-Op

Where would you step in? 
You can sit in either our Westfield, MA or Worcester, MA office. You will work in a hybrid office/remote model.

Our Marketing Team
Our growing marketing team includes 11 professionals in operations, proposals, and communications. Our specialists work with subject matter experts throughout the organization, making an impact in pursuit strategy and bringing in exciting new projects. The team supports one another across career tracks, celebrates personal milestones, and recognizes individuals for their contributions. What will you be doing? 
You will be supporting our Marketing team in developing marketing collateral, including project write-ups, resumes, and other qualifications materials. You will also be working with the proposal team in developing content, as well as assisting the team with priority initiatives that include data collection. You will work with our communications team to assist with the development of both internal and external communications including but not limited to website updates, social media postings, newsletters, videos, and awards submittals.

What do you need? 
You will need to be currently enrolled and pursuing a BA or BS in graphic design, communications, marketing, business, or a related field. At least two years of coursework is preferred. You will need to demonstrate intellectual curiosity, a desire to solve problems, flexibility, a positive attitude, and open-mindedness. It would be helpful to have experience using design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.

Our internships & co-ops offer students the opportunity to work on real assignments across multiple disciplines, while also directly relating to their coursework. Students are paired with a “buddy” and supervisor, both of provide day-to-day guidance on projects throughout the internship or co-op.

Compensation
The starting hourly range for candidates is: $17-$21 per hour. Your rate is determined based on completed years of education.
