Part-Time Remote Digital Marketing Intern

We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile Part-Time Remote Digital Marketing
Intern to join our team. This internship is ideal for a college student looking to gain
practical experience in digital marketing, content creation, and social media
management. The ideal candidate will assist in managing our online presence across
various digital platforms, creating engaging content, and supporting the overall
operations and sales efforts of the company. As a small startup company, this
internship provides a unique opportunity to learn and contribute to the growth of our
brand through digital media & marketing.


Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Creation & Curation:
● Research, write, and edit engaging content for different platforms including blog
posts, newsletters, and social media updates.
● Learn and use generative AI to automate the creation of content (Training will be
provided).
● Assist in creating visually appealing graphics and videos for digital marketing
efforts.
● Support in creating, curating, and managing all published content (images, video,
written) to ensure a consistent message and brand tone.
● Assist in monitoring and reporting on performance metrics, utilizing SEO best
practices to optimize content and increase visibility.

2. Social Media & Digital Management:

● Collaborate in developing and implementing a cohesive social media strategy to
increase brand visibility and engagement across platforms such as NextDoor,
Facebook (later: Instagram, Twitter).
● Assist in scheduling posts, interacting with followers, and responding to inquiries
in a professional and timely manner.
● Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
● Support in overseeing and maintaining the company's website, ensuring content
is up-to-date, accurate, and aligned with our brand voice.
● Collaborate with the web development/design team and learn to manage
WordPress and Bubble apps.
● Assist in monitoring analytics and creating reports on web performance, making
recommendations for improvement.


3. Operational Support:
● Assist with sales initiatives by preparing materials, following up on leads, and
maintaining customer relationship management systems.
Qualifications:
● Strong interest in digital marketing, content creation, and social media
management.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
● Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with minimal
supervision.
● Familiarity with Google Analytics, Zoho Suite, Notion, and social media analytics
tools is a plus.
● Sales and customer service experience is a plus.
