Summer 2024 Digital Business Campaign Manager Internship

What You'll Do

As a Digital Business Campaign Manager Intern, your role will be dynamic and hands-on. Our previous interns had a hand in projects such as the Back-to-School 'Free Phone' campaign, crafting promotions for iPhone and Samsung Galaxy during the summer, and Apple's New Product Introduction. In collaboration with cross-functional teams, you'll translate promotional briefs into compelling campaigns merchandised on our website, contributing directly to our e-commerce growth. 
 

Key Responsibilities

Transform Brand Marketing enterprise campaign briefs into digital briefs for creative partners

Work closely with the internal creative studio, reviewing and adapting creative elements for internal approval, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives.

Partner with Legal teams to secure approval for offer terms and conditions, ensuring compliance and accuracy in campaign execution.

Produce clear instructions for Content Operations partners for publication of new campaigns on our website.

Conduct detailed reviews of live campaigns to guarantee accurate publishing of assets, performing quality assurance to maintain a polished online presence.

Use Adobe Analytics to analyze campaign performance metrics, including click-through-rate and conversion, providing valuable insights for continuous improvement.
 

What It Takes

Experience in analyzing data sets to comprehend outcomes and formulate recommendations.

Experience using Microsoft Suite tools such as Excel, Word and Powerpoint

Proficiency in leveraging data for strategic decision-making

Strong Communication and Digital Marketing skills

Experience using Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics

 

Minimum Qualifications

At least 18 years of age 

Legally authorized to work in the United States

High School Diploma or GED

Must be currently enrolled and pursuing Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field at 4-year college/university

Employees of T-Mobile or Metro by T-Mobile are ineligible for Internships 


Employer does not sponsor work visas for this position. Note that this also applies to individuals who are students in F-1 status who desire sponsorship after they complete their education

Relocation reimbursement may be provided to program participants who reside more than 50 miles from the internship location ​ 

Intern wages range from $20/hour to $40/hour. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on experience/location
