ARS HRD Data Analyst/Science Assistant (Virtual - Beltsville, MD) Summer 2024

USDA Agricultural Research Service is currently recruiting for an Data Analyst/Science Assistant at Beltsville Agricultural Research Center : USDA ARS virtually based in Beltsville, MD for Summer 2024. Responsibilities include collaborating with multiple teams to assess data needs and sources, handling data extraction, transformation, and management using Salesforce, SharePoint, and Excel analytics. Utilize BI tools like Power BI and Tableau for insightful reporting. Focus on data analysis, manipulation, and modeling to improve data accuracy. Develop systems for organizing and analyzing data to identify trends. Build a dashboard or data visualization for a final internship project, including recruitment models and workforce metrics. Participate in internal and external meetings with the Talent Outreach Branch and agency clients.
