Today, Sonepar serves the market through a network of companies with over 400 locations nationwide. During the 10-week workforce analytics internship, you will have opportunities to do the following:
- Drive and promote our mindset of Adapt, Dare, and Learn. Create best-in-class business strategies while contributing to a customer-centric environment.
- Gain knowledge as part of the human resources team providing leadership strategic, evidence-based insights for human capital management.
- Collaboratively advance the talent management function through rigorous data management and dedication to continuous improvement.
- Maintain the Power BI Workforce Analytics Dashboards, deliver weekly updates, and identify process optimization.
- Enhance dashboard visualizations to drive a more effective user interface.
- Develop dashboards highlighting predictive analytics regarding turnover and career pathing.
What you will bring to this opportunity:
- Power BI and/or Tableau familiarity
- Experience with data analytics, visualization, and management.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and ability to work independently
- Adaptability and learning curiosity
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
Minimum Education:
Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree possessing GPA of 3.0 or higher
