B2B Marketing Assistant

Who we are:

NOCD is an award-winning digital health company focused on identifying people with obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) and managing them using evidence-based treatment. Although OCD affects over 181 million people globally, is ranked by the W.H.O. as a top 10 most disabling condition, and costs 3X more to treat than depression, over 90% of the OCD population isn’t able to access effective care due to stigma and misdiagnosis. OCD patients often go untreated and suffer in silence, which is why it’s nicknamed "the secret illness.”

NOCD is solving this global problem by identifying OCD patients online and managing them using our evidence-based OCD “telehealth +” platform. Inside the NOCD platform, members can do live face-to-face video sessions with an OCD specialist from the NOCD’s network, as well as get support between sessions from peer communities and self-help tools. Researchers have proven that NOCD Therapy reduces OCD Therapy by 47% in 10 hours of therapist time.

What you’ll do:

  • Package and ship marketing materials for various team projects.
  • Maintain collateral inventory & organized shipping system
  • Be responsible for communicating clearly and promptly using company messaging channels and email
  • Expectations to complete tasks efficiently after being provided direction
  • Report directly to a range of NOCD resources

What we’re looking for:

  • Chicago-based candidates looking to learn more about B2B Marketing and partner relations
  • Expected to be in office 10 hours per week - flexible week to week but the 10 hours will likely be allocated Tuesday through Thursday
  • Eager to learn and work with remote employees
  • Excellent communication skills, well organized, and detail-oriented
  • Ability to meet deadlines when the team has changing needs

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
