HSN Merchandising Business Development Summer Internship

The Opportunity

HSN is recruiting for a position in the Merchandising Internship Program. We are looking for top talent with the passion to grow the business and a curiosity to learn. This program is an opportunity to immerse yourself and experience the entire product lifecycle, from product concept to the customer.

 

We welcome creative and analytical minds to immerse themselves within teams across our portfolio of brands and gain paid, hands-on learning experience through a love of storytelling. Our immersive program offers interns engaging events, small group exposure to leadership, insight into company initiatives and a chance for a full-time job opportunity. As a member of the Merchandising team, you will work directly with external and internal partners to grow your business. Our Interns are provided with coaching from their leaders and mentors throughout the program to help support their career growth.

 

QVC is providing a full-time, paid summer internship that runs from 5/20/2024 to 8/09/2024. With a weekly commitment working onsite Monday through Friday.

Your Impact

  • Seek and analyze data from a variety of sources to inform category trends and opportunities.
  • Coordinate information insights from internal and external sources to identify white space, emerging brands and products, new business adjacencies and opportunities.
  • Assist with product discovery and new ideas efforts to deliver new brands and products.
  • Customer-centric approach to grow the new and reactive customer count.
  • Work with Consumer Insights, and Marketing Analytics Partners.
  • Support Product Discovery lead in identifying new product opportunities and cultivating industry outreach networks.
  • Coordinate to lead new product discovery methods.

 

What You Bring

  • You must be a Junior, Senior or Graduate student enrolled in an accredited college, university or master's program.
  • Enrolled at an accredited college or university (Must be a current student)
  • Completed at least four (4) semesters of college from the following majors: Merchandising, Retail Management, Business, Marketing, or Economics
  • Experience in Retail.
