Account Executive @ MeetNative

The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:

  1. Believe in our product and vision, as this evaluation is an opportunity for you to assess our software.
  2. Demonstrate the ability to sell our software to potential clients and effectively train and manage a sales team. This evaluation process serves as a chance for you to showcase your sales capabilities.
  3. Understand that the position is commission-based. If selected for the evaluation, you will receive a $300 payment. Subsequently, your income will be based entirely on commissions. If everything goes as planned, you will later have the opportunity to build your own team of sales reps for your assigned territories.
  4. Understand that a good portion of our sales will be done in person, even though our software can be sold remotely. If you want to maximize your sales, you will have to meet with non-tech-savvy restaurant owners/operators face-to-face to finalize the sale. However, you have the option to only work with tech-savvy clients if you choose to; it's entirely up to you if you wish to work exclusively from home.
  5. You can start immediately. This is a remote position where you will be in charge of setting your own schedule. You can work however you see fit, as long as you meet your sales quota, which is currently just 3 sales per month. We will do everything possible to help you succeed because your success is our success.

 

Evaluation Period (15 hours):

 

Evaluation Activities: During the evaluation period, you will be provided with a custom MeetNative email account to send emails to decision makers at the prospective restaurants you have selected. In addition to the emails, you will make corresponding phone calls to each restaurant with the objective of securing an appointment, preferably online. We will provide you with the email and phone scripts that have worked for our team. During each appointment, a member of our team can lead the sales meetings for you until you’re completely comfortable.

 

Performance Requirement: We request that you allocate up to 15 hours to engage prospective clients in promoting our software. If, within this time frame, you are unable to secure at least one client or persuade a single restaurant owner/operator to trial our platform at no cost, you will not be given the opportunity to join our external sales team.

 

Success Criterion: If you successfully secure at least one client or convince a restaurant owner/operator to trial our platform for free within this time frame, you will be among the pool of applicants from which we will select the top 15 performers to join our external sales team. 

 

Payment: If you're selected, you will receive $20 per hour during the evaluation period, totaling $300. We are currently evaluating 31 candidates for the 15 positions, and we are looking to increase that number to 34. Commission: Based on conservative projections, it is anticipated that an average of $5400 will be generated per restaurant. Presently, we operate a user referral program whereby users receive a 6% sales commission monthly, for the lifetime of their referred restaurants' usage of our platform. Users stand to earn in excess of $1000 per month by referring a minimum of 15 restaurants to our platform. Additionally, upon becoming a sales partner, your contract will entitle you to a 50% commission rate for up to 32 restaurants.
