Web Analytics Intern


What you will do: 

As part of our Web Analytics team, you will be tasked with the crucial role of leveraging ADT's extensive data resources to unearth valuable insights that will drive our strategies forward. Your responsibilities will include mastering our data analytics tools rapidly in collaboration with your team to provide actionable feedback. You will be entrusted with tracking and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to decipher user behavior and assess the efficacy of our website. Your analytical prowess will also be vital in identifying trends in traffic by channel and audience, pinpointing user experience issues, and uncovering opportunities to enhance site conversion rates. Furthermore, you will employ your skills to extract insights from site and audience data, formulate hypotheses, and proactively suggest areas for testing. Your role will also involve utilizing our website analytics and testing platforms to rigorously measure the performance of various experiments, ensuring our efforts are data-driven and results-oriented.

What you need to be successful:

  • Graduate degree or within 1 year of graduation required; MBA strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in statistics, finance, mathematics, or in a quantitative discipline (e.g., business analytics)
  • 1-3 years of related experience in an analytical role

What will set you apart:

  • Experience using Web Analytics tools (Google Analytics preferred)
  • eCommerce analytics experience

ADT Corporate Intern Program Details

  • Intern program begins May 20, 2024 and ends August 2, 2024.
  • All internships are based in our Boca Raton Corporate Headquarters.
  • A 40-hour workweek is expected, with interns on-site from Monday to Wednesday, and the possibility of additional in-office days if programming or meetings are scheduled on Thursdays or Fridays.
  • $22/hour for Undergraduates, $25/hour if you have begun classes in a Graduate Program.
