Competitive Intelligence Intern

What you will do: 

The Competitive Intelligence team is focused on growing ADT’s subscribers and optimizing customer value from prospect through conversion and value expansion throughout the customer lifecycle journey.  We achieve this by partnering with the Marketing, Sales, and Existing Customer execution teams using primary research, business problem-solving, financial discipline, data science, and deep analytics.  We are responsible for the existing customers’ marketing offer strategies to deliver our budget and longer-term objectives and support budget planning and forecasting in partnership with Finance.

Our Internship Program provides real-world work experience, as well as first in line access to ADT positions in strategy, business analytics, finance, and pricing roles. As an Intern, you’ll take an active role in high-impact projects that will allow you to see the results of your hard work.

What you need to be successful:

• Currently pursuing a Graduate degree and is within one year of graduation required
• Bachelor’s Degree with emphasis in analytics, business, finance, mathematics, statistics, engineering, or library science

• Experience presenting complex findings to non-technical audiences in easy-to-understand business speak.

• Excellent communication skills – ability to communicate complex findings and recommendations persuasively, in a compelling and easy-to-understand manner
• Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task, work independently, and learn technical information quickly

ADT Corporate Intern Program Details

• Intern program begins May 20, 2024 and ends August 2, 2024.
• All internships are based in our Boca Raton Corporate Headquarters.
• A 40-hour workweek is expected, with interns on-site from Monday to Wednesday, and the possibility of additional in-office days if programming or meetings are scheduled on Thursdays or Fridays.
• $22/hour for Undergraduates, $25/hour if you have begun classes in a Graduate Program.
