KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:  

• Execute challenging assignments related to strategic initiatives in collaboration with business partners.
• Execute onboarding program designed to support evolving hybrid workforce and subsequent employee engagement activities.
• Assess processes utilizing industry best practices and recommend SOP updates.
• Analyze, evaluate and report data leveraging HRIS and supporting HR technology.
• Perform system audits to support optimal usage and efficiency.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Rising Sophomore/ Junior pursuing a major in Human Resources, Psychology, Organizational Development/Management, Communications or Marketing major.
• Solid analytical skills and strong organizational skills. 
• Ability to effectively communicate to all levels of the organization.
• Handle multiple activities simultaneously and ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks.
• Proficient user of Microsoft Office Tools: Excel and Word.
