Sales Intern (Paid)

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify potential customers through outreach. Set leads into qualified sales opportunities.
• Attend daily meetings and trainings.
• Research industry trends, competitors, and customer insights to better inform sales strategies and approaches.
• Update and maintain the customer relationship management (CRM) system to ensure accurate and up-to-date information on leads and customers.

Qualifications:

Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate and educate customers on renewable energy solutions in a clear and engaging manner.

Customer Relationship Building: Proven track record of building strong relationships with customers and creating excitement for products.

Sales Experience: Demonstrated experience in sales, preferably in a customer-facing role. Experience in renewable energy sales is a plus.

Appointment Scheduling: Proficiency in scheduling appointments and managing customer interactions to build the Nusun customer base.

Influencing Skills: Ability to positively influence and impact potential customers to drive sales and promote renewable energy solutions.

Self-Generated Leads: Experience in developing effective self-generated sales strategies and generating leads and appointments with potential customers.

Flexibility and Willingness to Travel: Willingness to spend time traveling within the local market as needed to meet business demands and sales goals.

Competitive Spirit: Highly competitive mindset with a drive to achieve sales targets and earn weekly commissions.

Bonus: Renewable Energy Knowledge: Basic understanding of renewable energy and storage solutions, or willingness to learn and become proficient in these areas.

Team Player: Ability to collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment.

Adaptability: Capacity to adapt to changing market trends and sales strategies.

Time Management: Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
