Business Intelligence Intern

Performance Food Group (PFG) is searching for inquisitive candidates to join our summer internship program as a Business Intelligence (BI) Intern. During the course of the internship, the intern will work on real-world projects that would be both impactful and provide exposure to the PFG culture. Additionally, the intern would have an opportunity to leverage their technical skills, business acumen and creativity to automate reporting using an array of data analysis tools. *This internship is on-site.

Required Qualifications:

- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, or other related major
- Rising Junior
- Use technical skills, business acumen and creativity, to build tools to automate reporting and generate insight that will allow clients to quickly and accurately see key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Perform data analysis using tools such as SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI
- Use Power BI to create dashboards and interactive visual reports
- Design and implement dashboards and reporting that enable internal clients to access, explore and monitor their data
- Collaborate with other members and cross-functional colleagues to develop meaningful data solutions
- Assist with the development of data analysis models
- Work independently to complete assigned tasks
- Perform ad hoc data investigations analysis as necessary

Preferred Qualifications:

- Rising senior (graduating 2025) and or graduating senior (graduating 2024)
- Advanced in SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI
