Early Childhood Educator

Job Summary:

As our organization experiences growth, we are actively seeking self-motivated, professional, and highly skilled individuals with a deep passion for working with families and children. Immediate positions are available, and candidates must possess a qualified letter from the NC DCDEE. Documentation of Early Childhood college coursework is mandatory, and previous experience in a licensed center is a prerequisite.

Responsibilities and Duties:

On a daily basis, you will enthusiastically contribute to the development of children's growth. Our approach involves implementing the Creative Curriculum with a focus on the 38 Objectives for Development & Learning. Your role will include observing and documenting to meet the individual needs of children while ensuring compliance with regulations set by the North Carolina Department of Childhood Development and Early Education.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Associate or bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or Family Studies.
• Prior experience in a licensed childcare center.
• Documentation of Early Childhood college coursework.
• A genuine passion for working with children and families.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From $15.00 per hour
