Job Scope:
Assistance with formulation of implementation plan for revenue automation project.
User acceptance test of configuration and testing of templates for revenue automation project.
Assistance in the documentation of desktop procedures of end-to-end revenue process
SOX refresh including risk assessment, gap analysis and documenting flow chart for revenue process.
Research technical accounting guidance for Company’s position on new product and partner initiatives.
Desired Qualifications:
Pursuing Bachelor’s degree in accounting or professional certification
Ability to communicate clearly and precisely both verbally and in writing
Strong interest and acumen to handle large volume of data and apply analytical skills with attention to detail
Ability to lead and work independently with minimum supervision
Prior experience in systems implementation, large data set and/or revenue process is a plus
Quick learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment, ability to adapt to change, and a willingness to learn
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools/programs (E.g., Excel, Word, PPT, etc.)
Learning Skills/Outcomes:
Understand the end-to-end Quote to Cash process for a multi-national SaaS entity
Cross-functional team interaction including Revenue, FP&A, Sales, Legal and IT automation
Ability to interpret and analyze large and complex set of data
Perform risk assessment for the Revenue process
Understanding of the What Could Go Wrong (WCGW) and related key SOX controls
Availability:
Full-time [40 hours per week, 10 week internship]
Must be available to start June 11, 2024
Must be available to work on a hybrid schedule (3 days in office per week) in our Belmont, CA office

If you are hired in Colorado, California, Nevada, New York, Maryland, Washington, Connecticut, or Rhode Island, the hourly rate of compensation ranges between $28.00 and $30.00 per hour for contract employees. This rate may vary depending on your location, skills, and experience.
