Our Engineering Team is responsible for creating innovative solutions that address the unmet needs of our customers. We do this through increasing our users’ productivity by integrating new technologies and methodologies to deliver new-to-world products and product enhancements. We work together with our users through observation, interviews, and field research, making them part of the solution process. Our team defines critical benefits to our end users, constructs prototypes, and evaluates product designs considering unmet user needs, durability, materials, and manufacturing processes. Working cross functionally, we perform a wide variety of engineering and design tasks including translating user observations to insights, employing proven ideation techniques, 3D modeling and mathematical simulation, and rapid prototype development.

The TOOLS you’ll need to have:
  • Support business facing products and participating in cross-functional teams to create compelling IT solutions. 
  • Independently assess and document current state across multiple processes, business areas and domains.  
  • Ability to think strategically in understanding business drivers to define solutions 
  • Engage in workshops and meetings, drive conversations and white boarding, as well as process reviews with cross functional teams. 
  • Ability to structure a large amount of information into detailed business requirements documentation by tools such as process flows, data analysis, business use cases and user stories 
  • Perform data gathering, root cause analysis and performance trending to develop appropriate process changes and data flow documentation. 
  • Knowledgeable in integration requirements analysis for a wide range of application integrations and interfaces (ex: eCommerce and CRM ecosystems or SPC, OEE, IoT and QMS) 
  • Decompose, refine, and document requirements using appropriate graphical & textual techniques, including use cases, diagrams, process models, wireframes, functional and technical specifications. 
  • Participates in creating the logical design of the system with the technical team, including screen design and specifications, data modeling, and documentation of logical processing flows. 
 
The TOOLS you’ll bring with you:
  • Student working towards a bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or Business Administration with an emphasis in technology  
  • Passionate about solving business problems with technology  
  • Inquisitive, organized, and self-directed 
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives with various stakeholders 
  • Understanding of operating and delivering in various SDLC methodologies (waterfall, agile) 
  • Strong professional written, verbal, analytical and interpersonal skills
