OUR INTERNSHIP PROGRAM

Our Summer Internship program will provide you with a best-in-class experience and is designed to set you up for long-term career success. Through face time with our executive leadership team, meaningful cross-collaborative projects, and immersion in the business, you will get an inside look at the day-to-day of a future in fashion.

This undergraduate internship will be full-time in the Summer of 2024 and in our support center in Warrendale, PA. We are currently operating in a hybrid model.

The Merchandising Team is responsible product development/selection, vendor negotiations, department/category strategies, fashion trend/forecasting and key decisions to drive the business in the Merchandising Department.  Along with managing all communication of responsible categories with vendors and internal partners. Interns will work in one of the following areas: girls, guys, accessories.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

All interns will own and complete a meaningful project from start to finish throughout their summer with us, along with additional day-to-day duties as assigned. Intern projects will give you an opportunity to solve a business problem aligned to one of our strategic initiatives. Through close cross-collaboration with other interns and leaders you will work to solve your challenge and present your solutions to the CEO.

Qualifications

 

WHO YOU ARE 

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree, preferably entering your junior or senior year as of May 2024.
  • Physically attend Warrendale, PA offices for the duration of the summer intern program.
  • Possess a desire to learn, innovate, and iterate on problems and solutions.
  • Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, project management, & planning skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (including analysis, interpretation, & reasoning).
  • Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization, and internal and external clients.
  • Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
  • Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines, and reporting.
  • Ability to read, write, and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
